Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we will be unable to groom your pet due to time constraints between appointment slots.
It is equally important to collect your pet at the arranged time.
As I offer a one to one service to clients, this is only possible if customers adhere to their allotted time.
I do not have the space to hold your dog after the next client has arrived.
If you believe your dog requires more time than allocated please discuss this with me at time of booking and we can discuss a full or half day grooming session.
